Ankerfelt Update...

Welp... it's fall!! And it feels like it. Its now dark every day when I leave for work and dark when I come home which is depressing!! But I started back to school and love it with all my heart!! I'm so excited to be a teacher I can't even tell you! I'm staying at Eastside Staple for now and taking classes at night so I'm a busy lady but it will be worth it!! So we've been trying to atleast have fun on the weekends. We joined a flag football team. We play Sundays at Seattle Center if anyone wants to come see me be really really bad at all sports... Jason is awesome... Stacy- not so much... haha. But I'm trying! I caught my first ball last week but then got my flags ripped off before the first down. Welp, at least I caught it. So we're not winning flag football, not winning fantasy football, not winning husky football... but the Seahawks finally won one!! Go Hawks!! Hope everyone had as awesome of a summer!!

I love the 80s!!

We had the funnest time ever at Megan's eightie's party this weekend! I'm pretending to be mad in the picture because my date for the eighties prom showed up unshaven, with a mullet, short shorts, and wouldn't set down his tecate!! But in all seriousness everyone loved his short shorts and we had one of the best nights we've had all year! Thanks Megs! :)

We had so much fun at Jesse and Ashley's wedding! Besides the shaving of the beard... just kidding! The wedding was beautiful, Ashley looked gorgeous, Jesse spoke unbelievably eloquently, and we danced our pants off... literally... Jason started out in a tux and ended up in a wife beater with no shoes... ha ha. He was the life of the party and a hit with the ladies, especially Jesse's Grandma! Thanks for having us and we wish you a wonderful long-lasting marriage! Hope you have as much fun as we've been having the past couple years!

Jason was so proud of his beard and I was starting to like it myself but we had to shave it off for Jesse's wedding! Thanks for being a good friend Mr. Ankerfelt! Sorry to ruin your whole life!! haha. PS he's a monkey and can probably grow it back in like 4 days! But he's sad...

Happy 2 Years Us!!

♥ Welp... we made it 2 years!! We didn't do anything huge, just went out for dinner and drinks and saw Batman. Silly Stacy fell asleep at the most action-packed part... whoops! Sorry I'm used to going to bed at 10:30 now!! Here's a picture of us at dinner and then a picture of us laying in the grass because we had a little too much wine... haha. Anyways, we'll make it another 50 years but for now we're excited about 2!! Thank you to all our friends and family that have supported us every step of the way! ♥

Leavenworth Camping Trip 2008!!

This Leavenworth Camping Trip has become a tradition. Jason went 2 years ago with some friends, then we went last year with a few friends, but this year was utter chaos... in a good way! There ended up being about 20 of us! We had two campsites and spent most of the time playing games and hanging out around the campfire. On Friday, Jason, Cameron and I played putt-putt golf at this awesome course that seemed like it was built for the pros. By the way, I kicked butt! I won by more than ten strokes and got a hole in one! This is the only time I'll ever beat him at golf so I've been talking about it all week... haha. On Saturday we all floated the Wenatchee River. It was awesome! At one point we had 17 tubes tied together! It ended up being about a four hour trip in 90 degree whether... good thing Stacy is such a Sunscreen-Nazi... so everyone was protected :) Jason also lost his wedding ring in the river! But don't worry, he ran out and got another one as soon as we got home on Sunday... he's a keeper! We had such a great time we didn't want to leave! We're definitely planning another camping trip soon, it's nice to turn off our cell phones and forget about life for a while!!
