June 19th... worst day of Jason's Life!!

I will never forget the day I had. It was a Thursday morning around 8am, I wake up in great mood, set to play some golf, getting loose for the golf tourney I had been planning for two months. I get a call from Jesse around 9am and he's awake and ready to play. Emory is already on his way from down south, battling traffic just to come play some golf before we all have to work. I grab my clubs and head out to a beautiful day. Then shit hit the fan!

At a stop light I was in the right lane at a decently busy intersection. The had to merge real quick after the light because there was a city worker truck parked up ahead. So I let the car in the left lane get ahead of me so I would have room. However, I didn't have room. Not looking in all the right spots, I merge right into a commercial freight truck. The lugnuts alone tear up the side of my truck, destroying the beautiful wheels and mangling my tire as well. I'm able to pull off to a side street so the other driver and I can exchange info and possibly get me arrested. Fortunately, everything went fine with the exchange and police. I have a clean record! Yay, no warrants! So I begin repairing my truck tire with the spare. I didn't have a tire iron, but I was 1/2 a block away from the auto parts store. Convenient, I was thinking. So Jesse, who had gotten there to help out, and I run down and pick one up.

We come back to fix the tire armed with our new tool. Oh my god. Where are my clubs? Someone had stolen my favorite thing I own. Right out of my truck. Stole my clubs to get a fix. I know it had to be a hobo or junkie. Another golfer would neverdo that. It's a bond, a respect that we know, and that's the greatest thing about the game of golf. And now that had been taken from me. The set of clubs that I had pretty much developed a relationship with. I love golf and the game was basicly stolen from me after I had totaled my truck. Asshole.
A high point, quickly. Stacy came home to see me at lunch and we went to Red Robin. I was pretty anxious so I wasn't too hungry but having her around was really helpful.
So for the second time in the same day I have dealt with the police twice, one accident, one theft. And been on the phone with insurance all..........day. I think my culbs are covered under some sort of insurance, so that is nice.

It's about 3:30pm now and I have to go to work. I get there and just break stuff and cut my finger under my nail. That hurts a lot when citrus gets in. Ouch. I figure that was probably the third in a series of bad things that were going to happen that day. But, I was wrong.

I come home after work to relax and play video games. I figured a little GTA:4, would help me blow off some steam. I turned on my Xbox 360. It made a sound like it was slowing it's fan speed or something and then.....red ring of death. For anyone not sure what that is, I'll tell ya. The first release of Xbox 360 all have the problem that they overheat. I got one of the originals that were produced, the first series. When they overheat it fries the motherboard or something, I don't know, but basicly it means it is busted. On the front of the Xbox a red circle flashes letting you know it is toast. It happened on the same day as the the other two things. Fortunately the Xbox is covered on a warranty but give me a frickin break!

I don't know what I did, but man, you got me. Who or what ever it is, you got me real good. I'm sorry. I swear. We're even. I might just stay in be next June 19th, just in case this is the start of something.

I swear to god, this entire story is all true and 100% accurate. You can't make this shit up.
